I didn't know how much I needed this circle. Initially, I joined to learn more about natural cycles.
I have always felt different on full moons since I was a kid but never really knew what that meant or why. I work a lot and am generally fast paced in most things in life so the concept of slowing down for rituals that included intention setting, prayer, meditation, silence and more seemed very foreign to me. I was so blessed by this group and Ichel's guidance.
This circle brought me slowness and rest. It brought me back to my intuition, which I've always had trouble identifying. It gave me connection to myself, to nature and to the amazing women in the group. I take time to rest at different times of the month now, just because it's so normal. This is how humans and women have functioned for centuries.
